兴趣课程付款、退款及上课规定
1. 报名与付款
家长通过学校官网完成课程购买和付款。购买后，学生还需通过学校发送的链接在 Brightwheel 完成注册。日常签到和签退均通过 Brightwheel 完成。
2. 家长主动取消
在第一节正式课程开始前至少7天申请取消，可退还已付费用，但需扣除5%的取消及支付手续费。距开课不足7天或课程开始后，因家庭或学生个人原因退出，恕不退款或转为 credit。
3. 学生个人缺课
集体课程不提供个人补课。因生病、旅行、时间冲突或其他学生个人原因缺课，不退款、不折算学费，也不转为 credit。
4. 学校或老师取消课程
因老师或学校原因取消单节课程，学校将优先安排补课；如无法补课，将按该节课程金额转为 RBA credit。
如学校在开课前取消整个课程，家长可选择全额退款或全额转为 RBA credit，不扣除5%手续费。
5. 开班人数
课程需达到规定的最低报名人数方可开班。如人数不足，学校可取消或调整课程，并向家长提供全额退款、转课或 RBA credit。
6. 课堂秩序与安全
学生应遵守课堂规则，不得持续扰乱教学或影响他人安全。经提醒后仍无法正常参与的，学校有权暂停或终止其上课资格。由此缺席的课程视为学生个人原因，不补课、不退款，也不转为 credit。
7. RBA Credit
RBA credit 自发放之日起12个月内有效，仅可用于符合条件的 RBA 课程或活动，不可兑换现金或转让他人。
8. 非托管服务
兴趣课程属于专项教学活动，不属于常规托管、课后照护或延时照护服务。课程费用仅包含规定上课时间内的教学及相关监督。
已注册 RBA 课后班的学生，其课程前后的托管和接送按照单独的课后班安排执行；未注册课后班的学生应由 Brightwheel 中登记的授权接送人在课程结束时准时接走。
Enrichment Class Payment, Refund & Participation Policy
1. Registration and Payment
Parents complete course purchases and payments through the school website. After purchase, students must also complete registration through the Brightwheel link provided by the school. Daily check-in and check-out are completed through Brightwheel.
2. Parent-Initiated Cancellation
Cancellations requested at least seven calendar days before the first paid class are eligible for a refund, less a 5% cancellation and payment-processing fee. No refund or RBA credit will be provided for family- or student-initiated withdrawals made less than seven days before the first class or after the program has begun.
3. Student Absences
Group classes do not include individual makeup lessons. Classes missed because of illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons are not eligible for a refund, prorated tuition, makeup class, or RBA credit.
4. Classes Canceled by RBA or the Instructor
If an individual class is canceled by RBA or the instructor, a makeup class will be arranged whenever possible. If a makeup class cannot be provided, the value of the canceled class will be issued as RBA credit.
If RBA cancels the entire program before it begins, families may choose a full refund or full RBA credit. The 5% fee will not be deducted.
5. Minimum Enrollment
Classes are subject to minimum enrollment requirements. If enrollment is insufficient, RBA may cancel or adjust the program and offer families a full refund, transfer, or RBA credit.
6. Classroom Conduct and Safety
Students are expected to follow classroom rules and may not repeatedly disrupt instruction or compromise the safety of others. RBA may suspend or end a student's participation if the behavior continues after intervention. Any missed classes resulting from such action will be treated as student-related absences and will not qualify for a makeup class, refund, or RBA credit.
7. RBA Credit
RBA credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It may be used only toward eligible RBA classes or programs and has no cash value. Credit is nontransferable.
8. Not a Childcare Service
Enrichment classes are instructional programs and are not regular childcare, after-school care, or extended-care services. Tuition covers instruction and related supervision only during scheduled class time.
For students separately enrolled in RBA's After School Program, care and transportation before or after class are governed by their separate After School Program arrangements. Students who are not enrolled in the After School Program must be picked up promptly at the end of class by an authorized pickup person listed in Brightwheel.
