Refund & Cancellation 退款与取消
14+ days before the scheduled camp start date: Refund minus a $50 administrative fee and applicable processing fees.
开营前 14 天及以上： 可申请退款，扣除 $50 管理费及相关支付手续费。
7–13 days before the scheduled camp start date: 50% refund of program fees.
开营前 7–13 天： 退还 50% 课程费用。
Less than 7 days before the scheduled camp start date: No refund for parent-initiated cancellations.
开营前不足 7 天： 家长主动取消不予退款。
No refunds are provided for missed days or voluntary withdrawal after the program has begun.
学生缺席或开营后主动退出，不予退款。
If RBA determines before attendance, after completion of required enrollment or participation review, that the program cannot reasonably and safely meet a student’s needs within its group-based setting, the reservation will be canceled and fees paid for unused services will be refunded.
如 RBA 在学生入营前完成必要的报名或参与情况审核后，确认现有集体项目环境无法合理、安全地满足学生的实际需求，RBA 将取消该次报名，并退还尚未提供服务部分的费用。
If a student’s participation must be discontinued after the program begins because of serious or ongoing safety or conduct concerns, any refund for unused days will be determined based on the circumstances, the Registration Agreement, and applicable policies. No refund is guaranteed.
如学生入营后因严重或持续的安全或行为问题无法继续参加项目，未使用日期是否退款将根据具体情况及报名协议处理，不保证退款。
Participation & Support 参与及支持说明
Group-Based Program / 集体项目
RBA programs are group-based and are not staffed to provide continuous, dedicated 1:1 supervision by RBA staff. Students should be able to participate safely in the group setting with reasonable accommodations when appropriate. Individual support or accommodation needs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
RBA 为集体教学及活动项目，目前的常规人员配置不提供由 RBA 工作人员持续、专属的一对一看护。学生应能够在适当的合理调整或支持下安全参与集体活动。对于个别支持或合理调整需求，RBA 将根据学生的具体情况进行评估。
Scope of Services / 服务范围
RBA is not a special education, clinical, or therapeutic program and does not provide special education services, clinical behavioral therapy, skilled nursing, or other specialized therapeutic services.
RBA 并非特殊教育、临床或治疗性机构，不提供特殊教育服务、临床行为治疗、专业护理或其他专业治疗性服务。
Parents should inform RBA in advance of any accommodations, health-related assistance, supervision needs, or other support that may affect the student’s safe participation so that RBA can determine what support can reasonably be provided within the program setting.
如学生存在可能影响其安全参与项目的合理调整、健康相关协助、监管或其他支持需求，请家长提前告知 RBA，以便我们根据项目环境和人员配置评估能够合理提供的支持。
Important Notes 重要说明
Payment reserves a space but does not by itself constitute final enrollment. Enrollment is finalized after payment, completion of all required registration forms and agreements, and any required participation or safety review.
付款后可保留名额，但付款本身不代表最终完成入营。完成付款、所有必要报名资料及协议，并在需要时完成参与及安全审核后，报名方可最终确认。
Schedule-change requests are subject to availability and a $50 change fee per request. Changes are not guaranteed.
如需申请改期，须视届时名额情况而定，每次收取 $50 改期费，不能保证一定能够调整。
RBA may make reasonable adjustments to schedules, activities, classroom assignments, or program arrangements due to weather, staffing, safety, enrollment, or other operational needs.
RBA 可根据天气、人员配置、安全、报名情况或其他运营需要，对时间、活动、班级或项目安排进行合理调整。
If RBA cancels a scheduled camp day and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, fees paid for that canceled service will be refunded or, with the parent’s agreement, applied as account credit.
如因 RBA 原因取消已确认的 Camp 日期且无法提供合理替代安排，相应费用将予以退款；经家长同意，也可转为账户余额。
Acknowledgement 确认条款
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies above.
Payment alone does not complete enrollment. All required registration forms and the RBA Registration Agreement must be completed before attendance. Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to determine safe participation or appropriate accommodations.
完成付款即表示您已阅读并同意以上政策。
付款本身并不代表已完成最终报名。学生入营前须完成所有必要报名资料并签署 RBA Registration Agreement。如为确认学生能否安全参与项目或确定适当支持而有必要，RBA 可能要求家长补充相关信息。
