Cancellation Policy

1. 教师 / 学校原因取消 Cancellations by Instructor / School 若因教师病假、紧急情况或学校原因导致课程取消，学校将优先安排补课。若双方无法达成补课时间，将按比例退还未上课程费用。 If a class is cancelled due to instructor illness, emergencies, or school reasons, a make-up lesson will be prioritized. If a mutually agreed time cannot be arranged, a pro-rata refund for the affected session will be issued. 2. 学生原因取消 Cancellations by Student A. 预约制课程（适用于所有小组课程及大部分课程） Reservation-Based Classes (Applicable to most group classes) 所有课程均为预约制，需提前预约席位 已预约课程如需更改或取消，需至少提前 48小时 通知 未在48小时前取消，或未按时到场（No-show），该课次将视为已使用 因学生个人原因（如生病、旅游、迟到等）缺课，不提供退费、补课或课时顺延 All classes operate on a reservation basis and require advance booking Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as a used session No refunds, make-ups, or credits will be provided for absences due to personal reasons B. 一对一课程（如适用） 1-on-1 Private Lessons (if applicable) 改期需至少提前 48小时 通知 每10次课程最多提供1次补课机会 未提前48小时取消或未到场，课程将照常扣费 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling A maximum of one (1) make-up lesson is allowed per 10 sessions Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full 3. 中途退出与退费 Withdrawal & Refund 如中途退出课程，已使用课次将按原价单次课程费用计算扣除，剩余费用予以退还。 In case of early withdrawal, used sessions will be deducted at the standard single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded. 4. 课程使用规则 Usage Policy 课程仅限注册学员本人使用 不得转让、转借、共享或更换使用人 任何未经许可的转让或替换学员行为，学校有权拒绝其上课且不予退费 Classes are valid only for the registered student Non-transferable, non-shareable, and may not be used by another individual Any unauthorized transfer or substitution may result in denial of service without refund 5. 补课说明与有效期 Make-up & Validity 如提供补课机会（仅限符合条件情况），需在原课程日期后 14天内完成，逾期视为自动放弃。 If a make-up lesson is granted (when applicable), it must be completed within 14 days of the original session, or it will be forfeited. 6. 其他说明 Additional Terms 课程名额有限，预约不等于永久保留席位 热门时段可能约满，请提前安排 Class capacity is limited; booking does not guarantee ongoing availability Popular time slots may fill quickly; advance planning is recommended 7. 确认条款 Acknowledgment 完成报名及付款即表示您已阅读、理解并同意以上所有条款。 By completing registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions above.
